The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had several requests and all of them were handled immediately. The apartment had everything that we needed for a 2-week stay, and was cleaned regularly. It it in a quiet location, and the swimming pool was nice and there were enough sunbeds. The restaurant at the property was good too, we really felt welcome. There are also enough free parking spots.

Exceptional family-run hotel with a nice view of the sea. Spacious and well-equipped room. Calm location with an unobstructed view over the sea. Swimming pool, Greek food, parking lot, easy access from highway. A very uncomplicated hotel. And the great hospitality of the owners and the staff makes the stay a perfect relaxing time, while being able to be in touch with the Greek culture.

The service was nice, beautiful view on the beach area from the pool and restaurant area. It's a family run business. People running it were nice and will try to help you. I liked the breakfast even though was the same every day. Fried egg, bacon and tomatoes with local bread were very tasty.

The owners were very hospitable, treating us as members of their own family and we were sad to leave. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The homemade food and drinks were fantastic and the room was clean, comfortable and our room had a great balcony. Thank you Stella and family for a brilliant stay, you really made this a great holiday for us. We'll certainly recommend anyone to stay here and will use you again when we come back to Crete. Thank you for the memories and the Raki 😄😄

Beautiful location with a lovely swimming pool where the view overlooks the sea and Agia Pelagia below. Stella, Nikolas and family were always very friendly and helpful. Nice home cooked food and bar available on site. 2 beaches within a 5 and 10 minute walk. We had an amazing time at Pennystella Apartments.

The family, such great hosts, they made us feel like family. they helped us with all sorts of things and are just lovely. The place is very conveniently located with a bear view. The rooms have all you need.

The Pennystella is a family run hotel and you can really feel a family welcome. The hosts are always available with helpful advice and recommendations. We regularly returned to the hotel's restaurant as the food was delicious and home made. The views from our studio and from the swimming pool area are magnificent. You're only 15 mins walk (walking slowly) from the beach where we enjoyed daily and nightly swims. We highly recommend Pennystella and Agia Pelagia: we had a wonderful family holiday! We will certainly return.

Nikolas, how wife Angelina, daughter Stella, could not have done anything more to make our stay more memorable! I cannot even mention the delicious food and friendship formed! This is one place you must come !
